The Westport Police Department has opened an investigation following a residential burglary that occurred in the afternoon on Wednesday, Aug. 7. This includes residents in the streets and areas surrounding Bayberry Lane near Easton Road, Meeker Road, etc., police say. Police say the suspect(s) may have approached other residences prior to committing the crime. Lawrence Wilson Sr., 42 and Lawrence Wilson Jr., 23, both of Monticello, were arrested on Friday, Nov. 30, and charged with forgery, two counts of criminal possession of stolen property, and petit larceny, said Lt.
