Lake Hiawatha Man Charged In Hit-Run Death Of Union 12-Year-Old A 37-year-old man from the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit and run that claimed the life of a boy in Union last month, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said in a statement Friday night.  Jose V. Suspect In Elizabeth Killing Arrested Within Hours Authorities arrested a 22-year-old Elizabeth man shortly after he allegedly killed another city man Tuesday morning, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office said.  Alphonso James, 27, was shot around 2:30 a.m. near the Mravlag Manor housing complex and died about a half-hour later. Prosecutor: Summit Doctor Sexually Abused Patient For Nearly Three Years A pediatric gastroenterologist with a practice in Summit repeatedly molested a patient for nearly three years, beginning when the victim was about 17, authorities charged.  Michael Tyshkov, 62, of Livingston, was charged with sexual assault and criminal assault, Acting Prosecutor Micahel A.
