Kristen L. Dicken, 40, was arrested Tuesday, Jan. 16, after obtaining narcotics by using a false prescription at the Rite Aid store in Highland, said Lt. James Janso.  Dickens was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of felony forgery, Janso said. She is being held at the Ulster County Jail on $5,000 cash bail, $10,000 insurance bond.
