31 Charged In St. Patrick's Day Weekend Details In Dutchess
A total of 31 people have been charged following the St. Patrick’s Day weekend detail conducted by state and local law enforcement groups between Friday, March 15 and Monday, March 18.
The 31 arrests include the following individuals:
Jose Garcia-Moreno, 45, of Norwalk, Connecticut was charged with DWI and having a BAC .08% or more, both misdemeanors.
Charles Premuto, 34, of Mahopac was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.
