A complex storm system originating in the western United States has the potential to bring snow, ice, heavy rain and potentially severe thunderstorms to the region after traveling across the country. The storm is slowly heading east and with its current track would arrive on the East Coast sometime on Sunday. Plane Struck By Lightning During Severe Storms Makes Emergency Landing At Bradley
A plane that was struck by lightning was diverted to Bradley International Airport for an emergency landing Tuesday evening. The flight, which originated in Manchester-Boston Regional Airport was on its way from New Hampshire to Orlando, Florida, when it was struck, airport officials said. *The aircraft landed safely at Bradley International Airport at approximately 7 p.m.," said Alisa D.
