The Dutchess County crash occurred around 10:44 p.m. Monday at Route 82 and Bulls Head Road in Stanford, said Trooper AJ Hicks. The three who died were all in the car, Hicks said. Man, Woman Face Drug Charges After Taconic Parkway Stop A man and woman are facing a host of charges after a traffic stop on the Taconic State Parkway Thursday morning, March 15. At approximately 10:45 a.m., troopers from the Poughkeepsie barracks conducted a traffic stop of a 2017 Honda Civic on the Taconic State Parkway in the Dutchess County town of Stanford for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  During the interview of 27-year-old Shyrelle J.
