Prosecutor: Rockaway Woman Charged With Assault By Auto, Passenger Sustained Serious Injuries A 22-year-old Rockaway woman was charged with assault by auto after her one passenger sustained "serious bodily injuries" in a crash over the weekend, authorities said. Samantha Viscardi was arrested and charged with the third-degree crime following the Feb. 2, single-car crash near Green Pond Road, Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Rockaway Police Chief Martin McPardland, Jr. said in a joint release.
