Route 117 Closure Scheduled During Roadwork WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Motorists planning on traveling on Route 117 in Mount Pleasant over the weekend can expect delays as contracting crews complete work in the area. The New York State Department of Transportation issued an alert cautioning that beginning at 7 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, Route 117 will be closed between Route 9 and Route 448, extending through the following day, as crews perform permit activities. During the closure, there will be flaggers in the area to direct traffic and detour signage posted.
