Crash Closes Route 70 In Camden County
A crash closed Route 70 in Camden County, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6 on Route 70 eastbound near Routes 41 and 154 in Cherry Hill, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Road Rage Leads To Gunfire On Jersey Shore: Police
A road rage incident ended with the firing of a gunshot at a car in Lakewood, authorities said. Around 11:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, Lakewood Police Officer Daniel DeBartolomeis responded to the area of Cross Street and Massachusetts Avenue to meet with the victim of a reported road rage incident. UPDATED: Residents in Ocean County were allowed to return to their homes after a wildfire was 60 percent contained Wednesday, April 12. The New Jersey Forest Fire Service made substantial progress in Manchester Township fighting the fire that destroyed 3,859 acres. Hit-Run Driver Charged With Eluding Police In Burlington County
A hit-and-run incident led to the arrest of a Burlington County man on eluding charges, authorities said. On Dec. 12, Evesham Twp. Patrol Officers responded to Route 70 and Troth Road for the report of a motor vehicle collision. Police in Brick Township seek the public's help locating a pickup truck involved in a hit-and-run crash. Toms River Woman, 61, Killed In Head-On Crash: Police
A 61-year-old woman from Toms River was killed in a head-on crash, authorities said. The crash — involving a commercial refrigerated box truck and a Nissan pickup truck — occurred on Route 70 in Manchester around 6:45 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, Manchester Township police said. The pickup driver, Sandra Wade, died as a result of her injuries at the scene, police said.
