There was gridlock on both the Saw Mill River Parkway and I-684 for much of the Friday afternoon commute following northbound crashes that blocked lanes. The Saw Mill River Parkway crash was northbound at Roaring Brook Road (Exit 33) with gridlock to Route 120. The I-684 incident occurred at Route 22 (Exit 3) in Armonk with stop-and-go delays I-287 while the lane was blocked. There were additional northbound delays a short time after the line reopened due to a stalled vehicle in the right lane on I-684 at Route 172 in Bedford (Exit 4).

Saturday, March 31, state police received reports from staffers that Keener Mendez-Estaeban ran away from the Berkshire Farms Center in the Town of Canaan.
