Robert Tomo, age 35, of Freeport, was arrested just before 9 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 1, according to the Nassau County Police Department. NCPD said Tomo entered a coffee shop in Rockville Centre at noon on Friday, July 30, approached a 21-year-old woman from behind, and touched her inappropriately.  Police said the woman, who works at the coffee shop, told Tomo that what he had done was wrong, and he left. The shooting happened in the Ramada Hotel located at 1000 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre at 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 29, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
