Hector Adonis Regaldo Landaverde, 22, of Oxen Hill, MD, is accused of firing the shots that struck a 24-year-old man on the 14700 block of Darbydale Avenue in Woodbridge on Feb. 6, Prince William County police said.

A shoplifter wanted for lunging at a Walmart employee with a knife then robbing and assaulting a 23-year-old woman had little less compassion for the officers arresting her 10 days later, police in Prince William County said.
