Motorist Trapped In Central Jersey Rollover Crash
Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called to a rollover crash in Central Jersey, authorities said. The crash occurred about 11 a.m. Tuesday at Morristown and Matawan roads in Old Bridge, according to initial reports. First Responders Called To Route 9 Rollover Crash In Central Jersey
Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called on a report of a rollover with entrapment in Central Jersey. The crash was reported about 8:30 a.m. near the Walmart at 1126 Route 9 in Old Bridge, initial reports said. It was not immediately clear if the crash resulted in injuries. Old Bridge police bear no responsibility in the death of a township man in custody while he was high on drugs, a state grand jury found. Frank Zampini, 49, was “flailing his arms around” and fighting with a neighbor who was trying to restrain him when officers arrived at the Stratford Apartments on Arcade Lane shortly before 1 a.m. July 15, 2019, Acting Attorney General Andrew J. A Central Jersey man was sentenced to 17 years in state prison for killing two of his passengers and injuring another driver while drunk in 2019, authorities announced. Tristan R.
