Two Ocean County men were arrested for lighting a fire in a women's restroom and spray-painting swastikas around a public park, authorities said. Alexander Gerber, 19, and Connor Dougherty, 20, both of Lacey Township, are facing arson charges for the fire in the women's restroom in Gille Park on Nov. 21, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. On Wednesday, Nov. 1, Cheryl Mulgrew called police seeking a psychiatric evaluation for her 34-year-old son, Michael Mulgrew, who had been experiencing a mental health problem, police documents say. Jersey Shore Man Arrested With Child Pornography On 21 Electronic Devices: Police
A 45-year-old man from Brick Township had more than 1,000 child pornography images and video on 21 electronic devices seized at his home, authorities said. Brett Gerundo was charged with endangering the welfare of children, Brick police said on Wednesday, Nov. 15. Detectives responded to a tip and made a warranted search of Gerundo’s home on Oct. 2, they said. He surrendered himself on Nov. 3 and was taken to Ocean County Jail, police said.
