Steven Kay,  age 34, of North Babylon, was riding his 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound on Great Neck Road when it struck Pedro Espinal-Estevez, age 53, of Copiague, who was riding his bicycle westbound crossing Great Neck Road, Suffolk County Police said.
