An alert has been issued by police in Westchester as they attempt to locate a 61-year-old adult who has been reported missing. Guillermo Muniz, 61, who suffers from schizophrenia and may be in need of medical attention, hasn’t been seen since Sunday, Jan. 29, the Yonkers Police Department said in an alert issued on Monday, Feb. 10.
