Three lucky Jersey Cash 5 lottery players will split a jackpot of more than $840,000 from Friday’s drawing, state officials said.
The winning tickets were sold in Bergen, Morris and Ocean Counties. Three winners matched all five numbers drawn splitting the $841,017 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the July 2 drawing. Each ticket is worth $280,339.
Friday’s winning numbers were: 02, 09, 11, 23, and 27. The XTRA number was 02.
The retailers will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for each winning ticket sold.

A 30-year-old Fairfield County man arrested in connection with a string of burglaries across New Jersey and New York was found with nine handguns, a crossbow, and a slew of other weapons and contraband following a multi-jurisdictional investigation, authorities said.
Patrick Ryan, of Fairfield, was arrested Sunday morning, Jan. 24 and charged with a total of 74 counts of burglary to a motor vehicle and dozens of other offenses, Hardyston police said in release from the Sussex County Detectives Association.

Thousands of New Jersey residents were still without power Monday, six days after Tropical Storm Isaias hit the region.
As of 10:30 a.m., there were nearly 5,600 residents in the dark, according to utility company outage maps. Sunday night, there were approximately 20,900 outages across New Jersey, according to Gov. Phil Murphy.
