A Pennsylvania gunman arrested by state authorities earlier this month is now facing federal charges after sending a threatening email to an executive and firing shots at the Montgomery County Democratic Committee Office on Jan. 20, authorities announced. A massive straw purchase gun trafficking organization in which members illegally obtained then resold 31 firearms across Pennsylvania was dismantled with 14 people in custody, authorities said Wednesday. Authorities have identified a sword-wielding man shot and killed by police Tuesday night as a 27-year-old Pennsburg man. Upper Perk police officers responded to 8th Street and Long Alley after one of Trey Bartholomew's family members called 9-1-1 reporting a man armed with a sword threatening to harm others around 7:40 p.m., Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Bucks County Hunter Surrenders Months After Shooting That Killed 18-Year-Old Jason Kutt
Authorities on Wednesday announced the arrest of a 52-year-old man in the deadly October shooting of 18-year-old Jason Albert Kutt in Nockamixon State Park. Kenneth Troy Heller, 52, of Warminster, surrendered to authorities on Dec. 30, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said.
