The victim was identified as Stephen P. Regan, 62, of Merrimack, New Hampshire, state police said. Regan jumped off the Sikorsky Bridge around 2 p.m., Thursday, April 4, and his body was retrieved by state police and officials with the Stratford Fire Department.
