Fatal Shooting Suspect Surrenders In SWAT Standoff, School Locked Down A man was shot dead during a police standoff in Burlington County, authorities said. Acting Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw and Beverly City Public Safety Director Rich Wolbert announced that the shooting took place Tuesday, June 14 inside a Beverly City residence. South Jersey Man Sentenced In Sexual Assault Of Girl A 66-year-old man from Burlington County has been sentenced to 21 years in New Jersey state prison for sexually assaulting a young girl, authorities said. The man also engaged in sexual conduct with two other minutes, according to Burlington County Acting Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw. George F.
