New York State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Greenburgh for a traffic violation just before midnight on Sunday, Nov. 24. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Ravi Gudhka, 38, of Equinunk, Pennsylvania, was driving while intoxicated, police say. New York State Police initiated a traffic stop on I-287 in the city of Rye for a violation on Saturday, Nov. 16 around 4:35 a.m. The driver, identified as Fernando Reynoso, of Stamford, was found to be intoxicated, police say.
