Troopers in Columbia County stopped the Hyundai Santa Fe just before 1 p.m. Thursday, July 14, on State Route 9 near Stickles Road in Livingston. The vehicle had been reported stolen from Livingston the previous Friday, July 8, according to New York State Police.
