Range Rovers Stolen In Fairfield County Both Recovered In New Jersey Two Range Rovers stolen from driveways in New Canaan have been recovered in two different New Jersey cities. According to New Canaan Police Chief Leon Krolikowski, both were stolen on Thursday, April 13, from driveways on Valley Road. Both stolen vehicles were unlocked and the keys were inside of each vehicle. These vehicle thefts occurred during the early morning hours, he said.  One stolen vehicle was recovered in Newark, and the other in Irvington, Krolikowski said. Two Unlocked Cars Stolen In New Canaan Overnight Two unlocked cars with the keys inside were stolen overnight Tuesday from driveways in New Canaan, according to the chief of police. Chief Leon Krolikowski said a 2003 Mercedes was stolen from a driveway on Horton Lane and a 2017 Kia was stolen from Nubel Lane. The 2017 Kia was recovered in New Haven, he added. New Warning On Thefts From Vehicles Issued In Carmel The Carmel Police Department is cautioning homeowners to be on alert following reports of multiple thefts from cars. The department issued an alert over the weekend after receiving multiple reports of people stealing property from unlocked vehicles in neighborhoods near Drewville Road.
