Iris Fultz, 51, York Mom Known For Her Fierce Wit, Dies After Cancer Battle
Iris Marie Fultz, a bold and loving mother of two from York, died Saturday, July 5, after a yearlong battle with lung cancer. She was 51.
Fultz (née Heilman) was surrounded by family at the time of her death, according to her obituary published by John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc. Known for her “sharp tongue,” “quick wit,” and zero tolerance for nonsense, Iris was deeply cherished by her family, despite what she’d say about them “probably annoying her at one time or another.”

A beloved high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs died unexpectedly on Thursday, Aug. 18. He was 16.
Quentin Watson was an upcoming junior at Norristown Area High School, where he was known for playing basketball, the school district said.
"On Thursday we lost a member of our NAHS Athletics community, Quentin Watson (Class of 2024)," the school athletics department wrote on Facebook.
