Suspicious Activity Report Leads To Heroin Possession Charge For Bridgeport Man A Bridgeport man was arrested for alleged heroin possession after police responded to the area on a report of suspicious activity. Michale Baloga, 39, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 13, when Milford Police responded to Warwick Avenue for a report of suspicious activity taking place, said the Milford Police. Once on the scene, officers found Baloga who was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin, police said. He was charged possession of narcotics and released on a promise to appear ticket.
