Four Northern Westchester Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops
New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the weekend in the Hudson Valley.

On Saturday, Dec. 1, State Police from Hawthorne arrested John D. Fuller, 59, of Cortlandt, for DWI, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh when he was found sleeping on the Parkway. The investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.

On Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Christopher Christiansen, 32, of Cortlandt, for DWI. He was traveling on Furnace Dock Road in Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. An investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Joseph Ciruzzi Of Yonkers Dies Unexpectedly At 33
Joseph R. Ciruzzi, a resident of Yonkers and formerly of the Morris Park section of the Bronx, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Oct. 13. He was 33.
He was born in the Bronx to Brian and Lucy on June 12, 1985.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his sister, Kristen (Christopher) Tutelian. He was uncle and godfather to his niece, Aubrey Tutelian.
The family will be present on Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at F. Ruggiero & Sons, Inc., 732 Yonkers Ave. in Yonkers.
