Marcos Seda, 41 years old, of West Haverstraw, is facing unlawful imprisonment, assault, menacing, reckless endangerment, weapon possession, and fleeing police, according to Haverstraw police.

The raid happened Thursday, June 12, at a home in Haverstraw, following a narcotics investigation by the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force, the Rockland DA's Office announced on Monday, June 16.

A Hudson Valley man is headed to prison for sexually abusing a child for years, beginning at the age of nine.
Rockland County resident Elmer Oviedo Sandoval, 47, of Haverstraw, was sentenced to six years in state prison on Tuesday, Oct. 29, for the course of sexual conduct against a child, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh.
From 2016 to 2019, beginning when the victim was nine years old, Sandoval subjected her to sexual contact on multiple occasions while she resided in two separate residences in Ramapo, Walsh said.
