Bruce, who described Steve as a beloved son, father, uncle, cousin, friend, and neighbor, is now leading a heartfelt effort to honor his memory.

A Maryland man will spend at least the next three decades behind bars for his role in a deadly drive-by shooting that killed a teenager in Montgomery County, prosecutors announced.
