A former Mount Laurel police officer who was charged with hacking into the social media accounts of an Evesham woman and distributing her nude pictures has been charged with victimizing multiple other women, authorities said.
Ayron Taylor, 22, of Delran, was taken into custody on Wednesday, Nov. 30 and released Friday afternoon, Dec. 2, following a first appearance in Superior Court in Mount Holly. Pedestrian Struck, Seriously Hurt In South Jersey Crash
A pedestrian was struck by a car and seriously injured in South Jersey.
On Wednesday, Nov. 2, at approximately 8:30 a.m., the Evesham Police and Fire Departments responded to the 50 block of North Maple Avenue in Marlton for the collision, police said.
The pedestrian, a 49-year-old man, was found to be suffering from serious bodily injuries. Both the Evesham Police and Fire Departments attended to the man, and coordinated a medevac helicopter, to airlift the victim to Cooper Hospital in Camden for treatment.

An armed man from Hawaii was arrested at a July 4 fireworks celebration in South Jersey, authorities said.
At 7:12 p.m. Monday, Evesham police officers who were assigned to the July 4th celebration events at Savich Field, 525 East Main St., were advised by a citizen about an intoxicated man who possibly had a firearm, police said.
Officers immediately converged on the man, who was identified by police as Blaine J. McCammack, 29, of Wailuku, Hawaii. McCammack began acting disorderly and was immediately taken into custody, police said.

A 70-year-old robbery suspect has been arrested in South Jersey, authorities said.
Michael Swift, of Burlington City, has been charged with second-degree robbery, Evesham police said.
On Nov. 15, 2021 at 4:58 p.m., Evesham police responded to Rite-Aid at 235 North Maple Ave, for a report of a robbery. A suspect had given a note to the cashier with threatening remarks — demanding cigarettes and money from the cash register, police said.
