Authorities ID 38-Year-Old Man Found Dead In Neighboring Boston City Home Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal shooting in Everett earlier this week as 38-year-old Jarmahl Sutsen, of Lynn, the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office said.  Sutsen was found inside his home on Central Avenue around 4:22 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, the office reports.  No arrested have been made and the investigation is ongoing, the office reports. Missing Boston Teen With Autism, Schizophrenia Found: Police UPDATE: Boston Police said Dimitrius Pepin Cepeda was found Boston Police are seeking the public's help in locating a missing teenager who suffers from Autism and Schizophrenia.  Dimitrius Pepin Cepeda, age 16, of Roxbury, was last seen in the area of 7 Wheatley Way on Wednesday, July 13, police said. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black sweatpants, white/black sneakers.
