It happened around 8:20 p.m. Friday, May 21 in Hartford County, on Route 5 (Enfield Street) at the intersection of Bright Meadow Boulevard in Enfield. CT Woman Found Dead In Driveway, Police Say Police are investigating after a Connecticut woman was found dead in her driveway. The middle-aged woman was found around 6:40 a.m., Thursday, May 7 in Hartford County on Wallace Street in Enfield, said Enfield Police Chief Alaric Fox. Fox said the department is investigating the circumstances surrounding her death, but that it was too early to speculate.  Police have issued a notice to neighbors in the area to expect police activity during the day as investigators work the case.  This is a developing story. Search And Rescue: Police Seek Lost Man At Height Of Winter Storm As snow poured down from the night sky, Enfield Police received a report of a man wandering, apparently lost in the woods. The call came in around 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 1 when a resident observed a familiar person walk through their yard and into the woods, police said. “They felt this was highly unusual, especially since it was 27 degrees out,” police said. Covid-19: These CT Testing Sites Don't Require An Appointment For those needing a COVID-19 test, Community Health Center is offering sites statewide that do not require an appointment.  In addition to not needing an appointment state officials said you do not have to be exhibiting symptoms to receive the tests.
