A former Dutchess County teacher who pleaded guilty to possessing child porn has been sentenced to 10 years of probation and six months of electronic monitoring.Steven L. A 46-year-old Connecticut man was arrested on Monday, May 7 on a criminal complaint charging him with bankruptcy fraud, identity theft, and conspiracy to commit bankruptcy fraud and identity theft.
