A man who stabbed his ex to death in Prince George's County was apprehended in Virginia and will face multiple murder charges, authorities announced. Police have identified the victim killed by a woman they believe called 9-1-1 to report a medical incident in Virginia. Joi Camille Storr, of Woodbridge, has been charged with murder and stabbing in the commission of a felony for the killing of Jeremy David Lewis, 43, of Dumfries, Prince William County police said. Police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash involving a Virginia Department of Transportation vehicle on I-95 earlier this week. Victor M. Harper II, 30, of Dumfries, was heading north when he lost control and ran off the right side of the highway around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, Virginia State Police said. A 20-year-old northern Virginia man was arrested on child pornography charges, authorities said. Mario Esteman Alvarez Benitez, of Dumfries, became the focus of an investigation thanks to a tip from Fairfax County police in August, Prince William County police said.
