Man Charged With Stealing Credit Cards, Jewelry In Dover Burglary A 29-year-old man was arrested by New York State Police for burglarizing a Dover home getting away with credit cards, cash, and other valuables, according to Trooper AJ Hicks. Leslie G. Vannostrand III, of Waterbury, Conn., was charged with felony burglary in connection with a July 13 incident on Halls Corners Road, Hicks said. During the robbery Vannostrand allegedly illegally entered a residence and stole credit cards, jewelry and cash, state police said.
