Social Media Tip Leads To Assault, Larceny Charges For Stamford Man Police in Stamford took to social media to help track down a wanted man. A social media tip led to the arrest of Culloden Road resident Joshua Brill, 29, who had an active arrest warrant for charges that include assault, and several counts of larceny. Police said that Brill was taken into custody without issue by members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigations on Monday, Dec. 10 without incident.
