Worker Killed In Fall At Norwalk's SoNo Collection A construction worker fell to his death while working during the early morning hours on the SoNo Collection in Norwalk. The unidentified man fell around 2:39 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the new shopping area located at 100 North Water Street, said Lt. Terry Blake with the Norwalk Police Department. Blake said the man fell from an elevated height.  Arriving officers rendered aid to the man, who was transported to the Norwalk Hospital by ambulance where the man later died, Blake said. The victim had been part of a crew that's transforming the former Bliss nightclub on Allwood Road into an attorney's office. Responders said the victim sustained a skull fracture. The man, identified as Arian Hila of Dumont was working at a construction site at 120 Western Highway when he crushed around 1:45 p.m. Friday when a garbage chute collapsed and landed on top of him near a dumpster, said Orangetown Police Capt.
