Man Charged With Luring, Sexual Assault, Child Endangerment After Morris County Park Incident
A 23-year-old man was charged with luring, sexual assault, child endangerment and several other offenses stemming from an incident at a Morris County park.
Charles Smalls, 23, was arrested Feb. 23 after the execution of a search warrant, Chester Police said.
Smalls, of Burlington, was charged after a “lengthy investigation” following an unspecified incident at Grove Street Park in Chester last May, police said.

Police: 2 Men Found With 200 MDMA Pills, LSD, Ketamine, Other Drugs During Morris County Stop
Police recovered 200 pills of suspected MDMA pills in addition to LSD tabs, Ketamine, mushrooms and other drugs during a Morris County traffic stop, authorities said.
Officers in Chester stopped a vehicle after observing a violation on Nov. 28, police said.
During questioning, the driver and passenger — whose names were not released — gave officers probable cause to conduct a search, which turned up 200 MDMA pills, three packages of psychedelic mushrooms, LSD tabs, Ketamine, unprescribed Adderall and marijuana, authorities said.
