Man Exposes Himself To Woman In West Chester, Police Say
A man was arrested for exposing himself to a woman in West Chester, authorities said. The woman told officers that 56-year-old James Fedrick exposed himself to her in the 300 block of West Washinton Street on Tuesday around 7:45 p.m., West Chester police said. Fedrick was taken into custody and transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment. Fedrick was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment. His preliminary hearing is pending. No further details were released.

Bar Fight Shooting Leads To Arrest In West Chester
A bar fight shooting in West Chester lead to the arrest of a Brookhaven man this month, authorities said. Jayronn Harris, 25, is accused of firing four shots from a handgun outside of a bar in the 50 block of West Gay Street around 2 a.m. on Aug. 23, West Chester police said. Two of the shots struck a business on the street, police said. No injuries were reported. Harris was apprehended on Sept. 9 by the City of Chester Police Department. He was remanded to Chester County Prison after not posting $500,000 cash bail. No further details were released.

West Chester Man Hospitalizes Colleague In Violent Assault, Police Say
A West Chester man was arrested after he assaulted a colleague so severely that he was hospitalized, authorities said. The victim told responding officers that his coworker, Dwayne Simmons, 43, repeatedly punched him in the face and head and slammed his head against a glass window several times on Aug. 8 at the Justice Center Parking Garage on West Market Street, according to West Chester police. A 20-year-old Lancaster County man who was let off easy by police after stealing from his employer turned around and stabbed the arresting officer in the head Friday, authorities in Chester County said. A 41-year-old motorcyclist was arrested after punching a driver in a road rage incident last week, authorities in Chester County said. A Chester County man barricaded himself in a home after fleeing from Parkesburg police twice in one day, authorities said. William M.
