AAA Forecasts Fall Gas Prices - Where To Get The Lowest-Price Gas Now
With fewer people traveling due to COVID-19 restrictions, the price of gas has dropped to under $2 per gallon at gas stations across Central and Western Massachusetts. On average, national gas prices are 50 cents less than they were at this time last year, according to AAA. And the national auto club expects this downward trend to continue through the fall. Two New Dog Parks Under Construction - 10 Area Bark Parks Total
Ground will soon be broken on one what will be one of the area’s only dog parks. And another dog park in Western Mass is on track to open this season. A 25,000-square-foot dog park is being built inside Lemansky Park in Auburn in the space where the skate park resides. The skate park is being relocated. Shovels are expected to hit the dirt and start construction on Wednesday, Oct. 14, according to the town. It's been a long time coming, but exit numbers on Massachusetts' highways are set to change in October. Western and Central Massachusetts communities are about to get tens of thousands of dollars to repair small deteriorating bridges and culverts.
