2-Car Crash Blocks Traffic At Busy Hudson Valley Intersection
A two-vehicle crash held up traffic at a busy Hudson Valley intersection, firefighters said. The crash happened in Putnam County on Wednesday, Feb. 28 around 6:10 p.m., when two cars collided in Carmel at the intersection of Route 6 and Crane Road (Route 32), according to the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department. The collision sent one car off the road into some brush, according to photos of the crash released by the department. The cause of the crash was not released.

A 23-year-old man was arrested after leading police on a chase in the Hudson Valley until his motorcycle became disabled, authorities said.
