Man Arrested Shouting Obscenities At Jersey Shore Synagogue: Police A 44-year-old man from Morris County was arrested after allegedly shouting ethnic and homophobic obscenities outside a synagogue on the Jersey Shore, authorities said. On Friday, July 15, at approximately 1 p.m., Deal Police Officer Jon Losquadro was dispatched to Ohel Yaacob Congregation at Ocean and Lawrence avenues for a man screaming obscenities at congregants.  Officers responded to the scene and interviewed the victims and learned that the accused had made several terroristic threats that were biased in nature.
