Authorities said they were called to the 1300 block of Fritz Drive just after 4 a.m. Officers arrived to find an adult man with a gunshot wound to the body and he was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, BPD said. Coroner Names Woman Killed In Bethlehem Fire Officials have identified the Bethlehem woman who died in a house fire on Wednesday morning, May 22.  Ladell Christie, 56, was pronounced dead at the scene on the 900 block of Broadway, according to Northampton County Coroner's Office.  Her cause and manner of death are pending the results of the fire investigation, the Coroner's Office added.

The shop opens at 8 a.m. with a countdown beginning at 7:45 a.m. Free T-shirts are available for the first 100 customers.  As well, police officers and firefighters will face off in Wawa's signature "Hoagies for Heroes" competition, where first responders compete to build the most hoagies in a three-minute lightning round.  A ribbon cutting is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.

Alleged Bethlehem Shooter Arrested By Marshals: Authorities The suspected gunman in a February shooting was taken into custody by US Marshals on Monday, April 1, Bethlehem police confirmed to Daily Voice.  Allen Grimes, 18, was arrested in New York City, a Bethlehem police spokesman said.  Grimes was sought in connection with the Cherokee Street shooting on Feb. 29, police said previously.  A woman in her 20s was hospitalized with "serious injuries," authorities said at the time.
