A Westchester County resident and longtime owner of a successful local business has died at the age of 75. Michael DiGuglielmo Sr., of Bedford, died unexpectedly on Friday, May 13, according to his obituary. He was born in Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1955, his obituary said. A 31-year-old man is facing charges after police said he was found to be in illegal possession of a handgun during a traffic stop in Northern Westchester County. Police arrested Steuben County resident Andrew Mancuso, of Greenwood, on Friday, March 4, according to New York State Police. Westchester is rolling back some of its mask mandates as the county continues to see improved COVID-19 numbers following the post-holiday surge of new infections. County Executive George Latimer announced on Monday, Feb. 14 that the mask mandate inside county buildings is no longer required. Three men and a juvenile were arrested in Westchester County after allegedly fleeing from police in a stolen vehicle.
