All lanes have reopened after a crash involving an overturned vehicle blocked lanes of I-684, causing lengthy traffic delays.  The incident, which involved two tractor-trailers, was reported on Monday, April 10 around 2:10 p.m. northbound near Exit 4 (Route 172) in Bedford.  The overturned vehicle blocked two lanes of traffic for several hours.
