Man Nabbed For Sexual Assault Of Young Relative In Stratford, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with the sexual assault of a young relative for several years in Fairfield County.  New Haven County resident Luis Bonilla, age 31, of Ansonia, turned himself in to Stratford Police on Tuesday, Sept. 5 following a two-month investigation.
