A Lehigh Valley man accused of sexually attacking three young girls has been arrested and jailed without bail, a new report says. Manuel Luis Santiago, 33, of Catasauqua is facing 16 charges including statutory sexual assault, rape of a child and three counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child following his arrest Friday at a home in Northampton Borough, LehighValleyLive reports citing Easton Police Lt.
