A Halloween house party packed with about 150 teenagers and alcohol ended with criminal charges for two Pennsylvania parents, police announced Wednesday, May 20.
Michael Patrick Moore, 57, and Rachel Moore, 48, were charged following the massive underage drinking party at their Warrington home on the 300 block of Joelle Court, according to Warrington Township police.
Officers responded to the neighborhood at approximately 9:08 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, for reports of a large underage drinking party, police said.
