At 9:23 p.m. on Monday, June 15, officers responded to a report of a disturbance at 144 Spring St., Newton police said. Officers encountered Chelsie Cox who continued to act in a disorderly manner, police said.  Cox was arrested and she was found to possess cocaine and drug paraphernalia, police said.
