Connie Lorraine Holt, 44, of Enola, was charged following the incident on Chester Road in East Pennsboro Township, according to East Pennsboro Township Police.

A disturbing discovery of dead pet ducks has led to criminal charges in Cumberland County, authorities announced on Tuesday, April 28.
Dale Philip Noles, 53, Jennifer Lynn Welsh, 35, and Madalynn Marie Geibe, 19, all of Enola, were charged following an investigation on Altoona Avenue, according to East Pennsboro Township Police.
Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Altoona Avenue at 12:47 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, where multiple ducks kept as backyard pets were found dead, police said.
The investigation determined the animals died as a result of neglect, authorities detailed.

Christian Laboy, 44, of Lancaster, was charged following the incident at a home on the 400 block of Mount Sidney Road, according to East Lampeter Township police.
