Nearly 550,000 Ford SUVs are being recalled after dozens of people suffered injuries from an issue that creates sharp edges inside the vehicles, adding to a growing list of safety problems for the automaker.
Ford issued the recall for about 548,463 Expeditions from the 2018 through 2024 model years, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report filed on Monday, June 9. The affected SUVs were built from Tuesday, March 14, 2017, through Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024.
